The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be working alongside a fantastic client. The group are well-established across the UK, operating a portfolio of care homes providing general nursing, residential and dementia care. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Home Manager to join the team around the Liverpool area, the successful manager will lead the team and promote high-quality resident care.
The chosen manager will work alongside a Deputy Manager and wider senior management team to ensure care remains compliant and safe. This position is a full time contract and will require an individual with a driving license.
Candidate
Do you have an experience of managing elderly nursing homes with evidence of successful or improved CQC inspections? Have you comfortably managed a team of nurses and influenced incredible care?
I’m looking to speak with talented Care Home Manager's who are seeking a new opportunity to join a supportive, growing business and have a strong track record of managing nursing homes. You’ll have a strong understanding of compliance and governance, exposure to commercial targets and be able to network across the local community.
Connections will be a large part of the role, I'm seeking a passionate and caring individual, a Care Home Manager who will inspire and teach.

The role is commutable from: Bootle, Formby, Southport, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Maghull, Huyton, St Helens, Leigh, Warrington and Widnes.
