Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 per annum + Commission (£150 - £200 per new admission)
Location: Pinner, Harrow
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Annual Leave: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (33 days total)

We’re working with a luxury elderly care provider dedicated to delivering outstanding standards of care and resident well-being. As part of their continued focus on excellence, they’re seeking a Clinical Admissions Manager to oversee the admissions process and help increase private occupancy levels at their beautifully appointed residential home in Pinner.

This role is perfect for a clinical professional with a commercial edge — someone who can build rapport with families, assess care needs confidently, and manage the full journey from enquiry to move-in.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Admissions Management – Own and lead the full admissions process, ensuring a smooth, person-centred experience for new residents and their families

  • Clinical Expertise – Use your healthcare background to conduct assessments, understand resident needs, and collaborate with external professionals
  • Occupancy Growth – Convert enquiries into successful move-ins and meet set occupancy and conversion targets
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with internal managers, GPs, discharge teams and the wider community to generate and convert leads
  • Relationship Building – Build trust and long-term relationships with families, prospects, and referral sources to enhance reputation and drive enquiries
  • Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs including conversion rates and enquiry activity using CRM tools and internal systems

About You

✅ A clinical background – RGN, RMN, or relevant healthcare experience
✅ Previous experience in care home, hospital admissions, or healthcare business development
✅ A confident communicator – able to build rapport and trust with prospective residents and families
✅ Commercially aware with a results-focused mindset
✅ Excellent organisational skills and CRM/database management experience
