Clinical Case Manager – Associate/Employed – Catastrophic Injuries
Associate or Employed, Minimum 3 days/week
Location: Home-Based with travel
Employed Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (may be negotiable)
Associate rates: £50-60 per hour (may be negotiable)

Remit
Compass Associates is proudly working with a well renowned and established case management business, to recruit additional Case Managers in the Midlands due to large numbers of referrals from the regional trauma centres.
As Case Manager, you will hold a caseload of clients (adults and/or children) who have complex rehabilitation needs due to backgrounds of catastrophic brain, spinal and traumatic injuries. This is a home-based role which requires travel across the Midlands (Birmingham and surrounding areas) to visit clients to carry out assessments, monitor progress and meet with solicitors, MDT members, families and external professionals.
Contracts
Both employed and associate Case Managers will be considered but you must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week.
Location
This is a home-based role where you’d manage your own diary and visit your clients in the Midlands. The locations of clients on your caseload will be dependent on referrals, specialism required and clinical need but could be across Birmingham, Dudley, Walsall, Coventry, Tamworth, Wolverhampton, Redditch, Worcester, Nuneaton, Kidderminster and surrounding towns.

Essential criteria:
- Recognised Nursing, Social Work or Therapy degree (e.g. Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy)
- Full registration with either the HCPC, NMC or SWE
- Experience working as a Case Manager within the medico-legal sector (essential)
- UK driving licence and access to own car
Interview Process
Informal phonecall with the Operations Director followed by a formal interview with two Senior Clinical Managers.
