Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their fantastic nursing home based near the Twickenham area.  This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead or experienced Unit Manager looking to take a step up in their clinical career or a Deputy Manager  looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.                                                                                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                                                                   
Requirements                                                                                                                                                                                 
Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN)                
2 years experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager               
4 years experience as a Unit Manager 
Previous Nursing Home experience
Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
Strong Clinical Skills

Interview Process
There is a 2 stage interview process:
                                                                                                                                         
Stage 1 – Interview with the Home Manager  
Stage 2 – Formal interview with Home Manager & Regional Manager                                             
                                                                         
Location 
This role is based near the Twickenham area and is easily commutable from Kingston upon Thames, Hampton, Hounslow, Richmond, Surbiton, Esher, New Malden, Thames Ditton and Walton on Thames.
