Rate: £23.00ph (with a protential earning of £53,820)
Hours: 33.75hrs or 45hrs per week
Shifts: 08:00am till 08:15pm (including Supernumerary Hours)
Location: Islington, London
Qualification: RGN or RMN *Good Clinical Skills*

Remit
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Unit Manager, Clinical Lead or Clinical Deputy Manager to work in their well performing nursing home based in Islington, London. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents.
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse looking to take the next step in their clinical career who is looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements
• Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN)
• Previous Nursing Home experience
• Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
• Strong Clinical Skills
• Genuine passion for elderly care
• Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity
