A leading private MSK and rehabilitation clinic is looking for an experienced Consultant Physiotherapist to join its multidisciplinary team at its flagship clinic in Bournemouth.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious MSK physiotherapist to take a more senior role in patient care — combining expert assessment and treatment with clinical leadership, rehabilitation planning and long-term patient management.
We’re particularly interested in physiotherapists with 5+ years’ experience in private practice or elite sport, although applications from strong candidates with different backgrounds are welcome.
With multiple clinics across the South and South West, the organisation is renowned for combining elite-level physiotherapy, rehabilitation and performance services with cutting-edge diagnostics and innovative treatment techniques.
The Role
As a Consultant Physiotherapist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the patient journey from initial assessment through to rehabilitation and ongoing MSK health.
We’re looking for someone who is confident taking ownership of a patient’s care — assessing, diagnosing and setting the initial treatment and rehabilitation plan, before working with the wider clinical team to deliver that plan and reviewing progress at key points.
This could suit someone who has previously worked within a professional or elite sporting environment, where they have been responsible for overseeing an athlete’s care, as well as an experienced private-practice physiotherapist with a strong understanding of patient outcomes, communication and continuity of care.

We’re looking for a physiotherapist who is ambitious for their patients and genuinely believes that good MSK care goes beyond simply treating an injury.
You’ll ideally have:
Injection Therapy experience is desirable but not essential, with training and development opportunities available.
