About the Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a high-quality, state-of-the-art elderly nursing home in Leighton Buzzard, supporting them in their search for a Registered Nurse (Days).
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and clinically confident nurse to join a supportive, forward-thinking team within a modern and well-resourced environment. Working 39 hours per week on a rotating pattern of 4 x 12-hour shifts one week and 3 x 12-hour shifts the next, you’ll provide exceptional person-centred care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

About You
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a nursing home (excluding agency work)
Skilled in catheterisation, wound care, and PEG feeding
Excellent communication, clinical, and leadership skills
Passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care
Location
This role is based in Leighton Buzzard, easily commutable from: Milton Keynes, Dunstable, Luton, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Bedford, and surrounding areas.
