Salary: £35,666.89 per annum

Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent / 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, mentoring and supporting care staff on shift

  • Planning and managing rotas and staffing levels

  • Supporting with recruitment and induction of new team members

  • Promoting and ensuring high standards of person-centred care

  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies

  • Liaising effectively with families, external professionals and the wider team

  • Supporting with budget management, occupancy, and fee-related matters

  • Assisting in audits, quality checks, and action planning

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential or healthcare setting

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and team management skills

  • Ability to build relationships with families, professionals, and staff

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
