Key Responsibilities:
Leading, mentoring and supporting care staff on shift
Planning and managing rotas and staffing levels
Supporting with recruitment and induction of new team members
Promoting and ensuring high standards of person-centred care
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
Liaising effectively with families, external professionals and the wider team
Supporting with budget management, occupancy, and fee-related matters
Assisting in audits, quality checks, and action planning
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential or healthcare setting
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations
Excellent organisational, communication, and team management skills
Ability to build relationships with families, professionals, and staff
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
