The Role
An established and well-regarded nursery setting in South London is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join its team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to providing a high standard of care, learning and development for young children.
The nursery provides care for children aged 3 months to 5 years, offering a welcoming, stimulating and safe environment where children are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and full potential.

The nursery is part of an established group of early years settings with a strong focus on creating a fun, caring and supportive environment for children.
The setting offers bright, spacious indoor rooms alongside excellent outdoor areas and aims to provide children with engaging opportunities for creative play and development.
The successful candidate will join an experienced and motivated team that places children's physical, emotional and developmental needs at the heart of its approach.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working within an early years or nursery environment.
Is passionate about providing outstanding care and learning opportunities for children.
Has the confidence and ability to support the leadership and day-to-day management of a nursery setting.
Can motivate and work effectively with a team.
Is committed to safeguarding, children's wellbeing and high standards of practice.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Is enthusiastic, approachable and able to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
