£60,000 DOE (negotiable depending on experience) + Benefits

Do you have leadership / management experience?

We are seeking a motivated and personable leader who has considerable Occupational Health experience and is qualified to level 3. You will be joining a friendly and nurse-led organisation who have been servicing customers in a variety of sectors for over 30 years, including schools, councils, private yachts, banks and much more!

The successful candidate will have 12 direct reports, including OH Advisors and OH Nurses. You must be experienced and comfortable with training and mentoring in order to assist OHNs completing their qualifications.

You will also be commercially aware and customer focussed.

The successful candidate will be greatly supported by the senior management team who have an open-door and transparent approach.

Snapshot of Responsibilities:

• Management of a small team of OHNs ad OHAs, including mentoring responsibilities, appraisals, sickness management etc
• Reestablishing of weekly clinical meetings
• Participation in management meetings and customer reviews

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week including one hour lunch break each day.
• Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM
• You MUST be willing to be onsite 4 days out of 5
