What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and improve operational workflows across communities and departments
- Identify and implement automation and system improvements to increase efficiency
- Partner with finance and operations teams to enhance performance tracking and reporting
- Assess and optimize staffing models across multiple sites
- Lead initiatives that streamline processes and support scalable growth
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in operations, process improvement, or automation
- Background in senior living, healthcare, or multi-site service environments preferred
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (operations, finance, HR)
- Prior leadership experience at a senior level is a plus
