The Role                      

Compass Associates are working with a private elderly care provider who operate a remit of care homes across the UK and are now looking for a new Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for one of their services in West Yorkshire. Due to a recent vacancy, they are looking for a new Home Manager to lead a large care home that has positive staffing culture and an excellent relationship with key stakeholders in the area.

             

The provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager, who can help drive on recent successes and empower staff to provide the best care possible and achieve an ‘Outstanding’ in line with CQC requirements.

The Candidate                                      

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run a successful care home, with a positive staff culture and compliant in line with CQC requirements. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower a competent staff team, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the service goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.

Location                      

This role is based in West Yorkshire and is well serviced by the A638, making it a commutable distance from Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Sheffield, Wakefield, Halifax and Manchester

                

Interview Process                      

The interview process will be in a 3-stage format.                       

                                    

Summary                      

My client is seeking a Registered Manager with exposure to management within a care home, where the successful candidate can lead on running a successful home in line with CQC requirements. In exchange, my client is offering a salary up to £55,000 per annum + bonus & benefits.
