We are supporting a confidential care provider in their search for a Home Manager to lead a luxury residential and nursing home in Stafford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to take over an established service with strong occupancy levels and genuine potential for further operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational management of the home
• Drive improvements across quality, governance, and CQC compliance
• Support and develop a stable, high-performing staff team
• Maintain and improve occupancy levels and overall commercial performance
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders
• Ensure the home delivers high-quality person-centred care at all times

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Home Manager within elderly care
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management preferred
• Nurse qualified preferred, although strong non-nurse candidates will be considered
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, governance, and compliance
• Proven leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Commercially aware with experience managing occupancy and staffing
