We’re seeking an experienced leader in mental health services to provide interim support across our Eastbourne accommodation services. This role offers the chance to step into a service at a key point of transition, bringing stability, driving quality, and delivering meaningful improvements that will have a lasting impact.

About the Services
Our Eastbourne setting provides specialist supported living within self-contained bungalows, designed for individuals with complex mental health needs, autism, and associated conditions.

24-hour care and support available on-site.

Support packages tailored to individual needs, ranging from structured daily hours to full 1:1 provision.

Central location within walking distance of Eastbourne town centre.

Individual tenancies with access to both communal and private outdoor space.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee and support the day-to-day running of services in Eastbourne.

Work closely with senior leaders to implement and deliver quality improvement plans.

Strengthen compliance and governance, ensuring standards meet CQC and best practice frameworks.

Provide hands-on guidance to staff, helping to build confidence, stability, and resilience across the team.

Reduce agency reliance by embedding strong structures, routines, and sustainable staffing solutions.

Act as a visible leader, modelling values-driven practice and creating a positive culture.
What We’re Looking For

Senior management experience within mental health or supported living services.

A proven track record of delivering service improvements and successful turnarounds.

Solid understanding of CQC regulations, compliance, and quality assurance.

Strong, resilient leadership style with the ability to engage and inspire teams.

Someone who can balance strategic oversight with a willingness to “get stuck in.”
