Multi-Trauma/Catastrophic Injury Case Manager – Remote – Colchester
Location: Home-based with travel across Colchester and North-East London
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week
Salary: £39,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

Compass Associates is pleased to be working with one of the UK’s leading independent providers of rehabilitation and case management services, who are looking to appoint experienced Case Managers to join their growing multi-trauma and catastrophic injury team.
This is a great opportunity for experienced clinicians who are passionate about rehabilitation and supporting people following serious injury. You’ll work with clients who have sustained complex and, in some cases, life-changing injuries, including orthopaedic trauma, internal injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and mild traumatic brain injuries.
The role will involve completing Immediate Needs Assessments (INAs) and managing rehabilitation programmes within clients’ homes and communities. You’ll work closely with clients, their families, healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders to coordinate and deliver personalised rehabilitation plans that are focused on each client’s individual needs and goals.
Location
This is a home-based role, but you will be required to travel to visit clients within a 2-hour radius of your home. Candidates must be based in Colchester or the surrounding towns.

Essential Criteria
- Qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Social Worker
- Current HCPC, NMC or SWE registration
- Minimum of two years' post-registration experience working with patients who have complex orthopaedic, multi-trauma, MSK and/or internal injuries
- Full UK driving licence and own car
Interview Process
Two stage process:
- 1st stage – informal Teams call with the Clinical Manager or a Clinical Lead
- 2nd stage – formal Teams interview including a case study
