National ABI Lead – Hybrid – OT/Nurse/Psychologist

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 plus £3,600 car allowance

Compass Associates is excited to be working with a leading specialist provider of adult services to recruit a National Lead for Acquired Brain Injuries Services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist, Nurse or Psychologist, who has a strong background working in neuro-rehab services with adults who have acquired brain injuries.
As the National ABI Lead, you will be part of the senior clinical leadership team for adult services where you’d work closely with the Clinical Director and Lead Nurses, to develop and implement the National Clinical Strategy. You will provide senior support, specialist clinical advice and training sessions to staff across residential and supported living services, to ensure the best quality care, specialist support and appropriate interventions are being provided to service users.
The postholder must be able to work autonomously but collaboratively, as you’d be part of a wider clinical team (which includes SALTs, Occupational Therapists, Nurses and a Psychologist) as well as work closely with external professionals and the internal safeguarding, quality and operational teams.
This is an exciting, newly created role for a Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist who has a strong background within neurorehabilitation as well as excellent leadership and strategic skills.
Location
This is a hybrid role where you’d divide your week between working from home and travelling to visit service users, staff and external professionals. Services are located across England and Wales, with most being in the North West of England and South Wales.
