Location: Bristol, Stanton Drew
Contract: Part-time | Permanent | 25 hours per week (12.5 -hour shifts, nights)
Hourly Rate: £20.00 per hour + paid breaks
Annual Salary: £26,000pa (based on 25 hours)

A well-established care provider is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse for a permanent night position at their Bristol service. Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care teams
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and audits
• Drive high standards of clinical practice and safeguarding
• Liaise with families, professionals, and stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
• RGN with valid NMC pin
• 4+ years’ elderly care home experience
• Previous leadership or senior nurse experience
• Strong clinical and managerial skills
