Contract: Full-time | Permanent | Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Annual Salary: upto £43,000

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Co-ordinator to join our team providing high-quality, compassionate domiciliary care in the Tunbridge Wells area. This is a full supernumerary role, giving you the chance to focus on leadership, clinical oversight, and care coordination without being part of the regular nursing rota.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse who wants to support a highly trained team, ensure the delivery of exemplary care, and make a real difference to clients’ lives while enjoying a structured Monday–Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support nurses and carers delivering domiciliary care

  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and best practice

  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, audits, and service delivery standards

  • Promote high-quality, compassionate care and safeguarding

  • Act as a key contact for clients, families, and external professionals

Candidate Requirements

  • RGN with a valid NMC PIN

  • Previous leadership or senior nurse experience, ideally within domiciliary or elderly care

  • Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills

  • Supportive, collaborative, and proactive management style

Location

This role is based in Tunbridge Wells and is easily commutable from:
Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, Maidstone, and Royal Tunbridge Wells.
