An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager to lead a 50+ bed nursing, residential and dementia care home in Wolverhampton. The service provides high-quality care residents, with strong occupancy and a well-established presence in the local area.
You will have overall responsibility for the home's clinical, operational and commercial performance, ensuring exceptional care, regulatory compliance and a positive culture throughout the service. This role requires a confident, resilient leader who can lead by example, hold people accountable and manage an established team with a firm but fair approach.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of the home.
Deliver outstanding nursing, residential and dementia care.
Maintain CQC compliance and strong clinical governance.
Recruit, develop and inspire the staff team.
Manage occupancy, budgets and overall home performance.
Build positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards across the service.
About You
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) - Essential.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Home Manager within elderly care.
Previous experience managing a nursing home.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
A confident, resilient leader who is firm, fair and approachable.
Passionate about delivering exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes.
