Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for their large complex dementia nursing home near Gravesend. This is a chance to join a reputable national provider with strong support systems, taking over management of a commercially stable home that now requires a strong leader to provide stability, strengthen leadership, and drive high standards of care quality.
This role would suit a Home Manager who is passionate about dementia care and has experience running a specialist nursing service. You will be required to focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered dementia care, supporting and developing a skilled staff team, and ensuring the operational and financial performance of the home continues to thrive.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Home Manager in a complex dementia or nursing home setting, with a proven ability to lead and maintain high standards of care. Candidates do not need to be nurse qualified but must have experience managing a complex care service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team, ensure outstanding dementia care is delivered consistently, and strengthen the overall quality and stability of the service. A confident, proactive approach and a commitment to making a meaningful difference to residents’ lives is essential.
