Location: Central London (on-site)

Salary: £37,000 - £41,000 per annum (Pro Rata) + £4,000 London Allowance

Type: Part-Time (4 days per week)

Compass Associates is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a leading private mental health hospital in Central London. With over 30 years of dedicated service in mental health care, this hospital is renowned for its specialised, evidence-based treatments and commitment to patient well-being.

As an Occupational Therapist in the OCD Unit, you will be part of a small, dynamic team delivering high-quality care in an inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide tailored interventions.
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff to deliver effective patient care.
• Engage in group therapy and one-on-one sessions as part of the therapeutic approach.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Must have experience working in an inpatient mental health setting.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) is preferred.
• Training in additional therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, is desirable but not mandatory.
