The service has been established for over a decade and has built a strong reputation for quality care and a supportive working environment. With a growing number of clients and an expanding care team, the organisation is now looking for a dedicated recruiter to help attract and retain the best Care Professionals.
You will be joining a friendly office team working closely with management and care staff to ensure the service continues to grow while maintaining the highest standards of safe recruitment and compliance.
The office team consists of approximately seven staff members and supports a team of around fifty Care Professionals delivering care within the community.
The organisation is committed to delivering high-quality care while also creating a positive working environment for staff, with a focus on teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
The Role:
This is a hands-on recruitment role responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for Care Professionals.
You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing recruitment campaigns, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and ensuring all safe recruitment procedures are followed before new staff join the team.
The role also involves managing compliance requirements such as employment history verification, DBS checks, Right to Work checks, and reference checks in line with regulatory requirements.
You will actively promote opportunities within the community, attend recruitment events when required, and use a variety of attraction methods including social media, job boards, and referral initiatives.
Success in the role will involve building a strong pipeline of candidates and recruiting enough Care Professionals to achieve a net gain of approximately four new carers each month to support the organisation’s growth.
The role includes participation in an on-call rota (approximately one in six weeks), including one evening per week and occasional weekend shifts.

Requirements:
• Previous end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within the care or healthcare sector
• Understanding of safe recruitment practices including DBS checks, reference checks, and employment history verification
• Experience creating and managing job adverts and recruitment campaigns
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
Location:
The office in Redhill, has excellent transport links for commuters. Easy access to motorways and a railway station. Redhill is also close to South London, Gatwick, Croydon, Guildford, and Crawley, making it ideal for commuting or visiting nearby cities.
