Compass Associates is working with a valued client in their recruitment of a Regional Director. The client operates a portfolio of elderly care homes across the UK and seeks someone to work closely with the leadership team to support their homes across the South London and Kent. This is an exciting time to join an organisation that is recruiting to help strengthen its senior management team due to the growth of the business. This will be a great opportunity for a senior manager to further develop a region of stable care services.
As a Regional Director, you will oversee a portfolio of under ten elderly nursing homes and work with the senior management team to manage the overall performance of the region, leading and supporting the home managers and line managing a Regional Support Manager. The role requires someone who can commit to the travel across South London and Kent and has a firm understanding of how to run a commercially successful region whilst also working alongside the quality team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience working within a Regional Manager/Director capacity and you will need to demonstrate your ability running a successful portfolio of elderly homes. Please note that these homes operate in the self funded market and experience within the area would be advantageous.

This is a regional role covering areas such as Croydon, Surbiton, Canterbury, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Bromley, Dartford and Crawley.
