Registered Branch Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £38,000 + up to £10,000 bonus
An established private domiciliary care service is recruiting an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead a busy and growing branch in the Blackpool area.
This is a commercial, hands-on management role suited to a confident home-care leader who understands both CQC compliance and the financial drivers behind a successful domiciliary care business.
The service delivers private, self-funded domiciliary and live-in care and is already operating at 200+ hours per week, with strong foundations in place for further growth.
The Role
Overall responsibility as Registered Manager for a CQC-regulated domiciliary care service
Lead, manage and develop a team of care professionals delivering high-quality home care
Grow care hours, private client referrals and live-in care packages
Drive local marketing, networking and business development activity
Maintain full compliance with CQC standards, policies and audits
Oversee branch performance, staffing, quality, and commercial outcomes
Work closely with senior management and quality teams
About You
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager in domiciliary care
Strong working knowledge of CQC compliance within a home-care setting
Commercially minded with the ability to grow hours and revenue
Experience working with private/self-funded clients (preferred)
Confident leading busy services and managing competing priorities
Ambitious, driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
