Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the home care branch

  • Hold and maintain CIW registration

  • Recruit, train and develop a high-performing care team

  • Drive commercial growth and build new business opportunities

  • Ensure compliance, quality standards and customer safety

  • Manage operational KPIs, budgets and performance targets

  • Build strong relationships with customers, carers, families and professionals

  • Promote a positive, values-driven team culture

About You

We are looking for a confident, motivated and commercially minded Registered Manager who is ready to step into a fast-paced, high-demand service.

You should have:

  • Proven management experience within a regulated environment (care, healthcare, education, housing, etc.)

  • Knowledge of CIW standards (desirable, but support available)

  • Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it

  • A strong commercial focus with experience growing a service

  • Excellent people management, communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to rapid growth

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • A passion for delivering safe, person-centred home care

Candidates from other regulated sectors with transferable leadership experience are also encouraged to apply.

This role is based in Swansea). Easily commutable from: Neath, Port Talbot, Bridgend, Llanelli, Ammanford, Carmarthen, Pyle, Maesteg, Gorseinon, Pontarddulais, Gowerton, Mumbles, Sketty, Morriston, Clydach, Briton Ferry, Baglan, Pontypridd, Aberdare, and surrounding South Wales areas.
