This is an excellent opportunity to join a provider with a highly supportive operational structure, allowing Registered Managers to focus on delivering outstanding care, leading their teams and developing high-quality services.
The service currently has an established client base with significant opportunity for future growth. Supported by experienced regional leaders and dedicated central functions including recruitment, scheduling, finance and business development, the successful candidate will inherit a stable service while playing an important role in its continued development.

Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step within domiciliary care.
They will be a visible, approachable leader with excellent people management skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, families and colleagues whilst maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and operational performance.
