We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a 40+ bedded residential and dementia home for a well-established care provider in Leicestershire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong and confident leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while developing and inspiring their team. The successful candidate will have the ability to build a positive, accountable culture, confidently manage operational challenges, and empower colleagues through effective leadership and delegation. As Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, including:

Leading on quality, compliance, and overall operational performance

Continuing the home's improvement journey and maintaining high regulatory standards

Building, developing, and empowering a positive, high-performing team culture

Reducing agency dependency and improving workforce stability

Supporting and developing the management team through effective leadership and delegation

Managing staffing challenges while promoting an inclusive and collaborative working environment
-
Driving continuous improvements across the service while ensuring residents receive outstanding care
Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Registered/Home Manager within an elderly care setting

Strong track record of improving quality and regulatory compliance
-
Confident leader with the ability to motivate, develop, and unite teams
-
Experienced in managing staffing challenges and reducing agency reliance
-
Excellent delegation and people management skills
-
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
