Compass Associates are working exclusively with a small but growing provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a number of Supported Living services across Essex.
To support with further growth and the rollout of digital transformation, the organisation are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to work alongside the Director, supporting with driving subtle changes to day to day practice to come in line with changes to regulatory requirements. The organisation currently boast an Outstanding CQC rating and the priority will be ensuring they are inspection ready under recent changes to the way the CQC audit.
Person Specification:
Applicants will ideally have experience holding a CQC registration for either a residential or supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health and/or Autism, however those with Management experience of Supported Living without holding a registration will also be considered and can be supported through the registration process. Applicants must have a their Level 5 or be willing to work towards this.

This role will be based within the office in Benfleet, Essex as well as regularly visiting the services, all of which are within 30 mins drive of Benfleet.
