Registered Manager – Dual-Registered Homes

Carlisle, Cumbria

Salary:  £59,802 pa + £5,000 Welcome Bonus + Package

An excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee two children’s residential homes in the Carlisle area. The services are located close together, enabling effective dual-site leadership within a well-supported structure.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for both homes, leading a team of circa 13 staff and ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and outcomes. The role is Monday–Friday (9–5), with shared on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of two services
• Lead, mentor and develop your team
• Ensure Ofsted compliance and continuous improvement
• Maintain strong safeguarding practices
• Collaborate with senior operational leadership

About You

• Experience at Deputy or Registered Manager level
• Ideally 2+ years as a Deputy (flexibility for high-potential candidates)
• Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
