Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced RGN/RMN Regional Support Manager to support a portfolio of elderly care homes across the Midlands and North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing care provider in a newly created leadership role, supporting services through periods of change, driving operational improvements, and ensuring high standards of care and compliance are consistently delivered across the region.
This role would suit an experienced multi-site leader or turnaround specialist with a strong background in elderly care. You will be responsible for providing hands-on operational support to Home Managers, stabilising underperforming services, supporting compliance and occupancy improvements, and driving strong operational and commercial performance across the portfolio.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience within elderly care, with a proven track record of supporting multiple care homes and driving operational improvement. Candidates may currently be working as a Regional Support Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Peripatetic Manager, or an experienced Home Manager with multi-site exposure looking to step into a regional role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to support, challenge and develop Home Managers while maintaining high standards of care quality and compliance. A hands-on, solutions-focused approach is essential, alongside strong commercial awareness and the ability to support occupancy growth, team performance, and service stability.
