Senior Carer (Nights) | Elderly Nursing Home | Dronfield, Sheffield
Rate: £13.50ph (Potential earning £25,272)
Location: Garforth, Leeds Area
Qualification: Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
Hours: 07:00pm to 07:00am (Shifts)
Shifts: 2 week rotations
Week- 1, 3 x 12hr shifts
Week- 2, 3 x 12hr shifts
Contracted Hours: 36hrs

Remit
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Carer to work in their well performing nursing home based in the Dronfield, Sheffield area. This home provides care for Respite, Residential & Nursing Care. The successful candidate will need to have 2 years previous experience of working in a residential or nursing home environment at a senior level, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate a team of carers.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant looking for a fresh new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the residential or nursing home setting, strong leadership knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in health and social care, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a care home.
• Experience of working at a senior level in a care home.
• Experience of using MS Word and Outlook (Essential).
• Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care, or equivalent, (Essential).

Chesterfield, Sheffield, Bakewell, Staveley, Eckington and Ashover
