Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading hospital group, who are currently in search for an experienced Surgical Staff Nurse to join their team in Southampton.
This well-established hospital offers a broad range of specialities including Cardiac, Urology, Orthopaedics, Spinal, Cosmetics, ENT, Paediatrics and General Surgery, serving both private and NHS-funded patients. The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join their dynamic inpatient nursing team. In this role, you’ll care for patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures - from orthopaedics and general surgery, to more complex robotic-assisted procedures.
You will play a key part in supporting patients throughout their surgical journey, ensuring safe, high-quality care from admission to discharge. You will have a number of responsibilities including:
This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which will be worked a mixture of long days, nights and the occasional weekend based on their internal rotation.
