The Role
Compass Associates are working alongside a valued client across the North-East, who are searching for a Turnaround Home Manager to join their team within a service providing residential and dementia care. The business have a portfolio of care homes offering nursing, residential and dementia care and a strong senior management structure.
The home itself is medium sized with a Deputy Manager and Regional Manager in post to support the new manager. With a lot of potential, the provider are positive that the necessary changes can be made and are keen to offer the resources needed to make this happen.
Candidate
Essential to this role is a background of troubleshooting with an elderly care service. The provider are looking for a manager than can demonstrate reducing agency, lifting occupancy and improving relationships with the local authority. The new manager will be a motivated and passionate individual, keen to drive a service to continuous improvements.
As a leader, it is imperative that the successful manager is communicable and supportive of their team. A real interest in building skill sets, boosting morale and fostering good relationships will be key to creating a supportive environment. A strong business acumen is equally as important, to ensure the business itself remains profitable and stable.

The role is commutable from: Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Darlington, Hartlepool, Newton Aycliffe, Durham, Thornaby, Guisborough, Durham, Bishop Auckland and Peterlee.
