Overview:

Compass Associates are excited to be partnering with a small, independent children’s residential home, established to offer high-quality, trauma-informed care to children with emotional and behavioural needs. Together we are seeking to recruit a Waking Nights Support Worker to join their tight-knit, values-led team committed to delivering compassionate care and positive outcomes.

Work Pattern:

20 – 40 hours per week, based on a flexible night rota.

Location:

This Children’s Residential Home is located in Winchester and is commutable from Southampton,  Alton, Portsmouth, Andover and other surrounding towns.

Criteria:

• Working towards or be willing to work towards completing Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• Minimum 1 years’ experience working with children
• Full, valid UK driving licence and willingness to drive for work purposes (preferable)
• Must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor visa applications for this role.

Salary and Benefits:

This Support Worker role is paying up to £29,000 per annum and includes an impressive benefit package:
