As Head of Compass Associates, he leads a team of over 55 specialist consultants delivering premium, permanent recruitment solutions across the Health, Care, and Education sectors. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the independent health and social care sector have been instrumental in the businesses growth and successes.

Katie is the Head of Customer Excellence for Compass Recruitment Solutions (CRS), bringing over eight years of experience within the group. Having previously held the role of Associate Director at Compass Associates, she has a strong background in recruitment and a deep understanding of client and candidate needs.

In her current role, Katie is responsible for aligning recruitment strategies with the evolving expectations of clients and candidates, ensuring every interaction reflects CRS’s commitment to quality and service.

Tom is Divisional Director of our Elderly Care team at Compass Associates, having joined the business in 2015. With more than a decade of experience in the sector, he oversees operations across our care, clinical and management teams, while also supporting clients with senior-level appointments nationwide.
