Compass Associates were approached by a US investment backed private surgical group looking to launch their multi-disciplinary healthcare services in the UK.
As this was the first time the US owners had entered the UK markets, they sought a partner who would be able to support them navigate the complexities and nuances of the markets in terms of the similarities and differences; supporting role in candidate attraction; and the proposition and delivery of complex vacancies.
