Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Salary: Up to £39,000 per year + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
On-call: 1 in 4 weeks (£300 enhancement)
Location: Bury St Edmunds
About the Role
A confidential, well-established domiciliary care provider is seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead and grow a stable local branch. This role suits a driven home care professional who has a strong background in private-pay growth, community engagement and branch development. Compliance is strong, internal processes are well-embedded, and the service has a long-standing reputation for quality. Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage and develop the branch team, ensuring safe and high-quality care delivery.

Drive business growth through private client acquisition, community outreach, networking and marketing activity.

Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local organisations and referral sources.

Maintain high levels of compliance, CQC readiness and quality assurance.

Oversee service performance, staffing, scheduling, and risk management.

Ensure the branch meets weekly hours, assessments, customer satisfaction and business KPIs.

Deliver excellent customer service and a person-centred approach to care.

Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4).

Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready for the next step

Proven success in growing private-pay home care services

Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
