Compass Associates are working exclusively with a small but growing provider of Care & Support to children, young people and adults across London and surrounding areas. Their specialism is supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, whether this is at home, in the community or in supported accommodation.
The organisation are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to work alongside the Director, supporting with driving further growth as well as providing leadership to the frontline staff, which includes direct line management of an Assistant Manager. The organisation are currently rated GOOD in all areas with CQC and there will be the requirement for the post holder to focus on ensuring they are inspection ready under recent changes to the way the CQC audit.
Person Specification:
Applicants will ideally have experience holding a CQC registration for either a Homecare Agency or supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health and/or Autism. Applicants must have a their Level 5 or be willing to work towards this.

Location:
This role will be based within the office in North London, as well as regularly visiting services around London.
