Compass Associates supports Primary Care recruitment across clinical, management and operational vacancies. With consultants specialising appointments from Medical/Clinical Directors, GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, Paramedics and Pharmacists.

Compass Associates’ Primary Care sub-division has facilitated the recruitment of more than 15 GPs (more than half of which were Lead GPs), 5 Clinical Director and Clinical Lead placements, more than 10 Primary Care Nurses, and multiple APP / First Contact Practitioner placements in the last year.
