Overview                

We are currently working in partnership with a  healthcare provider to appoint a Registered nurse in a Medium sized home based in Chippenham.

We are looking for experienced RGN’s with a minimum of 2 years experience as an RGN within a Care Home setting, unfortunately, we are unable to consider newly qualified Nurses or Nurses who have solely worked bank/agency shifts for these positions.

The pay rate is up to £22.25 (with paid breaks) depending on experience and outcome of the interview.

Contracted hours are 38.5, 4 long shifts week 1 and 3 long shifts week 2 to include weekends. Any hours worked over contracted hours are paid at a bank rate which is currently 10%. Staff meals are available for £1.

The Ideal candidate would have minimum 5 years elderly care experience within a nursing home.

Requirements:                              

• Qualified RGN (But needs up to date clinical skills)
• NMC registration
• 2 years' experience working in a nursing home.       
• Passion for high quality patient care                                                                   
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills            
• High sense of personal responsibilities                                                                      
• Ability to work as part of a team

This home is based in Chippenham and can be commutable from nearby areas such as Bath, Swindon, Bristol, and Trowbridge.
