The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a valued client who are looking to appoint a Regional Director to support the growth and development of the business. The RD will report directly into the Managing Director and oversee a medium sized portfolio of care homes providing nursing, residential and dementia care across the North of England.
The role requires a dynamic and strategic leader, keen to be out in the field supporting their team with a drive to bring fresh ideas into the business. A background in delivering board reports, analysing trends and financial growth is desired for this post.
The Candidate
Essentially, the candidate will be commercially minded and be able to work autonomously across the portfolio. They will be a multi-site operator of minimum £10m turnover and be confident in strategising business present and future. As an addition to the group, the RD will look to grow the success of the business and act as a supportive point of call for their team.
They will foster excellent relationships with external stakeholders, demonstrate strong leadership skills be able to think outside the box. Achieving KPI’s will be crucial to this role in order to ensure business viability, ideally the Regional Manager will look at innovative ways to do this and be open to collaboration with their team to make this achievable for all.

The role is covers the North of England and is commutable from: Leeds, York, East Riding, Sheffield, Harrogate, Bradford, Huddersfield, Rochdale, Oldham, Bury, Bolton, Glossop, Holmfirth and Wakefield.

This role comes from a developing business therefore it is imperative that the successful candidate has a strong drive and passion for change along with exposure to large-scale turnover.
In exchange, my client are offering a salary of £80,000 - £90,000 per annum plus mileage and a foundation for career growth.
