  • Background in Elderly Care management
  • Strong understanding of CQC single assessment framework

The Role                          

Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic care group with an impressive remit of elderly care homes stretching across the UK. Ranging from nursing, residential to dementia care the provider are keen to provide high quality, person-centered care to their residents.

 

As it stands, they have a new opportunity for a Home Manager to join a care home located in Newark. The home has 66 beds and is purpose-built building with a lovely internal atmosphere. Staffing and occupancy levels are high, with a great presence in the local community. 

 

The Candidate

The successful manager will hold experience as a care home manager, either within a nursing or residential setting. They will be able to evidence an understanding of CQC requirements, good knowledge of compliance and governance to ensure the home runs well. As a leader, the chosen manager will bring a collaborative style and freely support the development of their staff.

 

Interview Process                          

The interview process will be 3 stages.
