Hours: Full Time – 45 hours per week – Including alternate weekends (Shifts include a mix of office hours and floor-based support where required)

A well-respected elderly nursing and dementia care home in Sheffield, known for its welcoming atmosphere and high care standards, is now seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day operations.
As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the care team, maintaining clinical excellence, and ensuring that residents receive outstanding person-centred care. You’ll also act as a key liaison with families and external healthcare professionals, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
You will deputise for the Home Manager in their absence, helping to maintain smooth running of the home across both care and operational areas.
