Clinical Admissions Manager
Location: Cambridge 
Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 per annum + Commission (£150 - £200 per new admission)
Annual Leave: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (33 days total)

About the Care Provider

Our care provider is dedicated to delivering exceptional care across its luxury care homes. With a strong focus on clinical excellence and resident well-being, we are seeking a Clinical Admissions Manager to drive occupancy growth and ensure prospective residents and families receive the highest level of support during the admissions process.

 

The Role

As a Clinical Admissions Manager, you will play a key role in increasing occupancy at our Home. Your clinical expertise will enable you to assess patient needs, build trust with families, and effectively convert inquiries into admissions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admissions & Occupancy Growth: Manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and families.

  • Clinical Expertise & Assessments: Leverage your healthcare background to understand patient needs, liaise with medical professionals, and provide informed recommendations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Home Manager, Operations Director, and external healthcare professionals to promote the provider’s offerings.

  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with families, residents, and referral partners to enhance brand reputation and drive inquiries.

  • KPI Management: Monitor occupancy targets, track conversion rates, and ensure strategic goals are met.

 

About You

 

Essential Requirements:

  • A clinical background (Registered Nurse or Healthcare Practitioner preferred) with an understanding of patient care and needs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

  • Experience in a care home, hospital, or healthcare setting, with a focus on patient admissions or business development.
