Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Qualification: RGN (RMN may be considered)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full supernumerary)

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a large, well-run elderly nursing home located in the Aylesbury area. The home provides high-quality residential and nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia. The service is fully compliant with no concerns and benefits from a strong, established management team.
The successful candidate will be a confident and experienced clinical leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, supporting staff development, and maintaining excellent standards across all areas of the home. This position is fully supernumerary, though you will be expected to assist on the floor if required.
