Clinical Lead | Elderly Nursing Home
Location: Reigate, Surrey
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Are you an experienced RGN looking for an opportunity to develop your clinical leadership within a premium elderly care setting?
We are working with an established care provider seeking a confident Clinical Lead to join its management team in Reigate.
Working alongside the General Manager and Deputy Manager, you will support clinical oversight, maintain high standards of care and lead and develop care supervisors and care staff.
This is an opportunity to join a developing management team, contribute to quality improvement and help strengthen staffing and clinical standards across the service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight for residents with nursing needs across the home.
Support clinical governance, audits, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Lead, coach and develop care supervisors and care staff.
Promote safe, person-centred care and consistently high clinical standards.
Support care planning, risk assessments and ongoing service improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
RGN-qualified with a valid NMC PIN (candidates who are RNLD or RMN will not be considered)
Previous senior-level experience in elderly care, ideally as a Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of governance, audits and CQC requirements.
Confident supporting, coaching and developing teams.
The Role
£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, supernumerary hours.
Location
This role is based in Reigate and is easily commutable from Redhill, Merstham, Earlswood, Horley, Salfords, Betchworth, Godstone, Crawley, Dorking, Banstead, Caterham, Coulsdon, Leatherhead, Tadworth and Oxted.
