Leading the planned refurbishment while maintaining continuity of care.
-
Building effective relationships with families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for a visible, resilient and pragmatic leader who can manage complexity, make sound decisions and deliver sustainable improvements.
The role could suit an established Registered Home Manager from a complex elderly healthcare, dementia care or specialist care setting
An RMN qualification would be particularly relevant, given the service's specialist needs, although candidates with a strong and demonstrable track record in complex care leadership are also encouraged to express an interest.
You will ideally have experience of:
-
Leading a large care or healthcare service.
-
Managing complex needs, dementia care and behaviours that challenge.
-
Improving regulatory compliance and clinical or operational standards.
-
Developing teams and embedding a culture of accountability.
-
Managing budgets, commercial performance and service improvement.

Above all, you will be comfortable taking ownership and leading with autonomy to achieve meaningful results.
