Location: Sheffield
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirement: Full UK driving licence & access to own vehicle

Compass Associates is proud to be working with a reputable domiciliary care provider in Sheffield, offering high-quality care for elderly individuals. We are looking for a dedicated Deputy to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding home care services. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, lead and support carers, and ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic Deputy Manager with:
- At least 2 years of experience in domiciliary care or a similar setting
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Deputy position
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience using Microsoft Word & Outlook
Working Hours
(Monday – Friday): 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM

This role is based in Sheffield and is easily accessible from Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster (southern areas), Chapeltown, Dinnington, Wath upon Dearne and Maltby
