Role Title: Extra Care Scheme Manager
Location: Winchester
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £37,400 per annum + 10% KPI-based bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee: The daily operations of three extra care schemes.

Compliance & Registration: Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain accurate documentation for the schemes.

Care Quality: Monitor and maintain high care standards across the sites.

Staff Development: Lead, train, and support the care team. Address minor issues regarding staff professionalism.

Performance Management: Manage KPIs, ensuring the team meets operational goals.
Key Requirements:

Proven management experience in domiciliary or extra care services.

Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards.

Leadership skills and a passion for care services.

Ability to manage and develop a care team to ensure high standards of care.
Salary and Benefits:

Salary: £35,000 - £37,400 per annum
