Salary: Up to £75,000 with a 20% bonus scheme

The Role

As the Home Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our residence, responsible for ensuring outstanding care, operational excellence, and a five-star experience for our residents and their families. You will lead a passionate team, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and continuously strive for service excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring premium care and services.

  • Lead, support and inspire a high-performing team.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.

  • Ensure compliance with CQC or equivalent regulatory body.

  • Drive occupancy through reputation and resident satisfaction.

  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently.

About you

  • Proven leadership experience in a residential, nursing, or luxury care setting.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

  • A commitment to delivering a premium resident experience.

  • Strong understanding of care regulations and standards.

  • Registered Manager status (or equivalent qualifications) preferred.
