The Role
As the Home Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our residence, responsible for ensuring outstanding care, operational excellence, and a five-star experience for our residents and their families. You will lead a passionate team, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and continuously strive for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring premium care and services.
Lead, support and inspire a high-performing team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Ensure compliance with CQC or equivalent regulatory body.
Drive occupancy through reputation and resident satisfaction.
Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
About you
Proven leadership experience in a residential, nursing, or luxury care setting.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
A commitment to delivering a premium resident experience.
Strong understanding of care regulations and standards.
Registered Manager status (or equivalent qualifications) preferred.
